Dispatch and Delivery Schedule
All orders are normally processed and dispatched on the same day the order is received providing the order is received before 3:00pm (Monday - Friday). Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day. Our standard delivery terms are between 3 & 5 working days for all items which are in stock. Out of stock items are typically available within 7 working days, and will be dispatched once they have been received from the manufacturers. Our customer service department will contact you if we foresee any delays beyond this. You will always be offered the option to continue to wait or to cancel the out of stock item and receive a refund for this item. The remaining part of your order will be dispatched in the normal manner.
Please note that all orders are dispatched directly from our suppliers. In the case where an order is being fulfilled by different suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages.
Verification of customer details. Classic-Car-World Ltd reserves the right to contact all customers to confirm their identity, order and delivery details at any time. In the interests of security we will always contact ALL customers where the delivery address supplied is different to the address registered for the credit card or where the delivery schedule has been requested for a next day. If we are not satisfied that the details cannot be verified we will refuse to dispatch the order until three separate forms of identity has been provided. This may be in the form of a copy of a driving license or passport and a copy of a utility bill from the registered address and showing the customers details.
